Meet George Mendez
Hi and welcome to the website of NSM&A. I am a licensed certified massage therapist with more than 16 years of experience. I have got extensive training in different techniques such as Swedish, relaxation, shiatsu, deep tissue, myofascial release, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuro-muscular facilitation), geriatric massage and sport massage. I am also pregnancy certified. I have also experienced tremendous success with the use of the DMS (Deep Muscle Stimulator) unit; a tool that has gained much acclaim with professional sports franchises such as the Oakland Raiders and the Los Angeles Clippers. I will be happy to answer any questions you have about your needs in the field of massage therapy.
Meet Andrea Morales, LMT
Andrea is a Licensed Massage Therapist. During her time as a therapist, she helped people relieve the pain of injuries, stress, car accidents, and body discomfort, as well as maintain good bodily and mental health. Andrea discovered that her own injury was cured through Massage Therapy and she decided, “If it can help me, it must be good!” which then led her to a new career.
Andrea holds over 750 hours of training and is fully certified in every modality of massage that she practices, including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and several others. Her background helps her to educate her clients on how massage therapy can help them and how to continue to help themselves once the massage therapy session gets over.
